This policy covers self-serve subscriptions to Parchi, billed through Razorpay. It explains how the free trial works, when a charge becomes non-refundable, how to cancel, and what happens if a renewal payment fails.
The Parchi Solo OPD plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You are not charged — on your card or UPI — until the trial period ends. If you decide Parchi isn't for you, you can cancel before the trial ends (see "How to cancel" below) and you will not be billed at all.
When your 30-day trial ends, your first paid billing period begins and your card/UPI is charged. Every subsequent renewal — monthly or annual, depending on the billing cycle you've chosen — charges the same way.
For context, current self-serve pricing is:
| Billing cycle | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | ₹799 / month | "Founding Solo Beta" pricing, locked for your first 12 paid months |
| Annual | ₹7,999 / year | "Founding Solo Beta" pricing, locked for your first 12 paid months |
All prices are in INR. Logicues is a sole proprietorship and is not GST-registered.
You can cancel your Parchi subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling does not trigger a refund for the period already charged (see "Billing" above) — instead, you keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you simply won't be charged again after that.
In Parchi, go to Settings → Plan & subscription and choose "Cancel at renewal." This schedules your subscription to stop at the end of your current paid period; you can undo it any time before then from the same screen. Nothing about your clinic's data changes when you cancel — clinical records, prescriptions and patient data remain exactly as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can also cancel by writing to [email protected] — useful if you'd rather we do it for you, or if you run into any trouble with the in-app option.
If a renewal charge fails — an expired card, insufficient funds, a bank decline, and so on — we don't cancel or delete anything immediately. You get a short grace period of a few days, during which we retry the payment and send you reminders to update your payment method or complete the charge.
If payment still hasn't gone through by the end of the grace period, your account is paused, not deleted. This is purely a billing pause, not a punitive action or a data-loss event — your data isn't erased because of a failed payment, and normal access resumes automatically as soon as payment succeeds. Data retention while an account is paused, and afterward, follows our Privacy Policy — we don't restate those rules here.
This policy applies to self-serve Parchi subscriptions only. ClinicOps, our product for hospitals and multi-department facilities, does not currently have self-serve billing — it is priced and onboarded through direct conversation with our team ("Waitlist" / contact-us pricing, not a self-serve checkout). Refund and cancellation terms for a ClinicOps hospital contract are agreed individually as part of that direct agreement between Logicues and the facility, and are not governed by this self-serve policy.
Outside of the policy above, Logicues may — at its sole discretion — consider a refund for a genuine billing error, such as a duplicate charge, or a charge made after a cancellation that should already have taken effect. This is a good-faith option we may offer, not a standing entitlement, and each case is reviewed individually.
If you believe you've been charged in error, write to [email protected] with your clinic name and the payment/invoice details, and we'll look into it. Where a refund is approved, it is issued to the original Razorpay payment method and typically reflects within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card network.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any right you may have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement — this policy sets out our standard commercial terms, not a substitute for those rights.
For anything about your subscription, a charge, or this policy, write to [email protected] — this is our only support and billing contact channel; we do not currently offer phone support.
